To support employee’s health and wellness, PEAKURBAN provides a contribution to employees for the purchase of exercise equipment, specialised sporting clothing or footwear, wellness programs, gym/sporting memberships and classes.
Employee Assistance Program
PEAKURBAN understands that from time to time employees may need help with their mental health as well as their physical health. With this in mind, we have partnered with a qualified psychologist to provide staff with access to confidential assessments and counselling sessions. These sessions can assist with issues such as anxiety disorders, depression, trauma and acute stress, alcohol/substance abuse, relationship difficulties and conflict (at home or at work), grief and loss.

Appropriately skill staff means great outcomes for our clients We offer all our employees a significant allowance towards enrolment in a course or program that will maintain or improve specific skills in and adjacent to their chosen career path.

Parental Leave Policy
PEAKURBAN has a Paid Parental Leave which gives employees access to 4 weeks paid leave at their normal salary to the primary carer of a child and one weeks paid leave to the non primary care giver.
