Construction commenced in November 2018 on Ridgeview, Satterley's newest 600 lot residential development project at Narangba. This was PEAKURBAN’s first planning application and thanks to Moreton Bay Regional Council’s detailed prelodgement process, we received the DA approval within 24 hours of formal lodgement. We then submitted the Operational Works applications under the MB+ scheme and received these approvals within 2 days. Satterley were very pleased with the outcome and Andrew Koek, Satterley’s Development Manager on the project, said “Having PEAKURBAN on board and being able to take advantage of their relationships and accreditations with the Authorities has meant that we are able to start construction well ahead of schedule. In a world where time is money, this provides an enormous advantage."

Orchard Property Group
PEAKURBAN are assisting Orchard Property Group as Project Coordinator and Civil Engineer on their Pebble Creek development at South Maclean. The site will yield in the order of 650 lots with an end value in excess of $120m. Construction is due to commence in the next few months for significant trunk works (lead in roads, road upgrades and external water and sewer), bulk earthworks and internal subdivision works.
Ripley Valley, Ripley
Satterley Property Group
PEAKURBAN were engaged by Satterley to provide due diligence, engineering planning and design and contract administration services for their new 950 lot residential development at Ripley Valley. Key aspects included site introduction, negotiation of infrastructure credits with Council and EDQ, external Q100 drainage, trunk sewer and the design and construction of circa 1km of Ripley Road.. Through negotiation we were able to sequence development and infrastructure so that contributions are not payable until late in the project.
The Orchard, Doolandella
Villa World Properties Pty Ltd
PEAKURBAN were engaged by Villa World to undertake the detailed design and contract administration for this 116 lot / 32 townhouse project in Brisbane. Key aspects included a sloping site and an external trunk sewer through state land. External drainage and a new intersection with Brookside Street formed other key aspects of the project.
Palmview, Sippy Downs
PEAKURBAN was engaged by PEET to provide engineering planning, design and contract administration services for their 800 dwelling Palmview project on the Sunshine Coast. Key aspects included the development of a cost effective bulk earthworks strategy and negotiation with multiple landowners regarding shared trunk infrastructure.
The team at PEAKURBAN are currently working with Goldfields who recently acquired a 109ha development site in the Ripley Valley to be known as Hayfield. PEAKURBAN assisted Goldfields during the due diligence phase and are now progressing with detailed engineering design to enable construction commencement in early 2018. The development site originally consisted of 725 residential allotments and we are pleased to have been able to identify opportunities to increase yield to 800+ allotments.
Arise at Rochedale
PEAKURBAN were engaged by Pask Group to deliver engineering solutions for the remaining stages at Arise at Rochedale Estate which forms part of the 1,000+ lot master planned Rochedale Urban Village. Key aspects include negotiation of trunk roads, drainage, water and sewerage infrastructure as well as subdivisional infrastructure services.
Aura, Caloundra West
PEAKURBAN were engaged by Stockland to optimize the bulk earthworks design and develop a staged development / infrastructure delivery strategy for the town centre precinct. The aim was to reduce peak debt, forward plan and ensure that the project could be delivered with confidence over the forward 10 year period. Key components included integration with WSUD and the development of a high amenity, central drainage channel to drain an internal 200ha catchment through the site.
Halcyon Greens, Pimpama

PEAKURBAN were engaged by Halcyon Developments to provide design and contract administration services for the remaining stages of Halcyon Greens – Australia’s largest golfing retirement community. This project includes over 500 sites, aged care facility and club house facility.
Gardner Road, Rochedale
PEAKURBAN were engaged by Mirvac to provide engineering planning, design and contract administration services for this 138 lot residential project. Key aspects included extensive layout development to minimize retaining costs and increase premium north-south orientated lots. Negotiation of Ford Road as trunk creditable works and reduction in WSUD basin sizes resulted in lower costs and an increase in developable area.
Palmview Village, Palmview

PEAKURBAN were engaged by AVEO to provide engineering planning, design and contract administration services for this new 138 site retirement village. Key aspects included site introduction, due diligence and negotiation of shared infrastructure with the vendor. The development of an at source WSUD strategy assisted in minimizing earthworks volumes and allowed for the integration of shallow rain gardens throughout the site.
100 Dorsal Drive, Wellington Point
This development consists of 18 townhouses in Wellington Point. PEAKURBAN's involvement includes all civil engineering aspects of the project including bulk earthworks, internal roadworks, stormwater, sewer and water connections to the external municipal network.

PEAKURBAN were engaged by Barooga Projects to be the engineering consultant for the 99 residential unit development at Redcliffe. PEAKURBAN successfully negotiated with Unitywater to divert the sewer inside of the basement wall of the building.
Ballycara Retirement Village, Scarborough
Hibernian (Qld) Friendly Society Ltd
PEAKURBAN Planning & Survey were engaged by Hibernian (Qld) Friendly Society Ltd to undertake a Minor Change to their existing development approval. The change involved the construction of a new community centre which included a community hall, library and associated recreational facilities. We were successful in demonstrating the changes were minor in nature, and were able to obtain the development approval in a timely manner for our Client.

Ellison Parade, Mango Hill

PEAKURBAN Planning & Survey have been engaged by Urbex to obtain a planning approval for a multi-level mixed used development within the Capestone Estate at Mango Hill. PeakUrban Planning & Survey adopted an inclusive and open approach with Council on this project, working closely with the relevant officers to refine the development proposal prior to lodgement and achieving less intensive development approval strategy. Key performance outcomes were achieved for site cover, GFA and car parking, and an application to apply Council’s Incentivising Infill Development Policy successfully being achieved which will result in reduced infrastructure charges.
