NDP1 has been identified as the first pilot site for the State Government Growth Area Team and includes approx. 3000 dwellings.

The project

Neighbourhood Development Plan 1 is the first priority and release area  for the Caboolture West growth area and has recently been identified as the first pilot site for the  State Government Growth Area Team including successfully achieving Building Acceleration funding to build essential infrastructure.

NDP 1 includes approximately 3000 dwellings along with the expected schools, open space, services and supporting land uses.

Our task

PEAKURBAN have been engaged as town planners for each individual applicant and also as the planning representative for the Land Owner Group.

The PeakUrban urban design team have also the lead the neighbourhood planning exercise across the plan area and progressed into detail designs for each project. Engineering inputs include works  associated with the DA application, Authority negotiations, detailed design and documentation of the civil works and contract administration during the construction stage.
