Comprising 47 lifestyle rural living blocks of 2000-4000m2 on a gentle rise overlooking the peninsula, Madison Hill offers a unique lifestyle choice.

Our Task

Madison Hill required innovative extension of the sewer and drainage systems to allow development . We worked closely with the La Manna Property Group to confirm the use of a low pressure sewer system in the due diligence period. This avoided the need for expensive temporary authority pump stations. Incorporation of bio retention sales and a wetland, allowed stormwater quality and flows to be managed within the site.
