Orchard Property Group engaged us to help create this development with 650 dwellings, significant open space and district sports park with an end value of $120m. We provided engineering services including detailed design of trunk infrastructure and subdivision works.
PEAKURBAN completed numerous design packages and construction of initial stages. We were able to optimise sewer servicing through assessment of options and negotiation with Logan Water and EDQ.
This included the development of an interim servicing strategy to enable the development to commence and be established in advance of the Logan Water Infrastructure Alliance delivery of sub regional infrastructure which services the site.
Significant trunk/lead in infrastructure was required to facilitate the initial stages of development including:
- Mountain Ridge Road upgrade
- New entry road
- Bridge and trunk services including a regional pump station
