A project with PEET consisting of residential allotments and an intersection upgrade
This development includes 145 blocks, 7.5ha of Open Space and 7.5ha of parkland.
Development of the project also required a new intersection, directly into the development from Samsonvale Rd.
We managed authority and external stakeholder negotiations to solve site servicing as well as relocation of external services. The bulk earthworks strategy achieved a balance of cut to fill solution to minimise construction costs.
Our task involved:
- Due Diligence
- Planning associated with DA Application.
- Operational Works design and lodgement of applications for internal civil works and External intersection and frontage works.
- Site Based Stormwater Management Plan including Hydrological Modelling for Detention Assessment and Flood Assessment.
- Contract Administration services.
Negotiated $3M worth of creditable trunk infrastructure.
WSUD located in parks.
Relocation of Major External Services.
